1. Do your rates include gratuity for the chauffeur?
- - No. 15% gratuity will be added.
2. Do you charge taxes in addition to your rates?
- - No. We offer flat rates, with no additional tax payments.
3. Are there any hidden fees?
- - No. Our rates include toll costs in our service area. However, additional toll costs may incur for long-distance trips and are calculated per trip. You will be quoted accordingly. We also charge early/late fee of $20 for trips between 12:00am and 05:00 am ET.
4. Which areas do you serve?
- - StandOut Elite operates in Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland. Long-distance and two-way trips beyond these areas can be arranged for additional charges that include relief drivers, per diem and hotel costs.
5. Do you provide transportation to airports?
- - StandOut Elite provides airport pick-up/drop-off services, including Dulles International Airport (IAD), Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). Trips to/from other airports can be arranged.
6. Do you offer military/veteran discount?
- - We offer 15% discount to active members of the military and veterans.
